This role is the backbone of our guest experience, ensuring our homes are in perfect condition and our guests receive top-tier communication. We value a "can-do" attitude and provide a company vehicle and full software training for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Control & Property Readiness (Field-Based)
Property Audits:
Conduct rigorous post-cleaning inspections to verify that units meet our "Luxe-ready" standards.Maintenance Oversight:
Identify and report maintenance issues (such as pool heater malfunctions or leaks) to management and track them through to completion.Basic Troubleshooting:
Perform minor on-site fixes including resetting Wi-Fi routers, changing smart lock batteries, tightening loose chair screws, and swapping smoke detector batteries.Vendor Accountability:
Audit cleaning and maintenance crews to ensure work is completed to our exact specifications.Logistics:
Manage inventory and supply runs (Costco/Target) and coordinate the transport of linens and equipment between properties using the company vehicle. 2. Guest Communication & Administration (Digital)Guest Relations:
Manage the guest lifecycle through our property management software—handling inquiries, check-in instructions, and professional support.Correspondence:
Maintain prompt and professional communication via company email and WhatsApp chats to coordinate with guests, platforms, and vendors.Data Management:
Keep our revenue trackers, expense logs, and task lists updated accurately in Google Sheets.Requirements Availability:
Standard 40-hour work week. Weekend and holiday coverage is very limited and reserved for guest emergencies.Tech Aptitude:
High comfort level learning new software. We will provide training on Guesty and our specific Google Sheets workflows.Physical Ability:
Must be comfortable being on the move and physically active. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (linens, supplies, portable equipment).Driving:
Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record to operate the company vehicle.Detail Oriented:
