Level I:

2-3 years of experience. The position requires the following skills: Effective communication at different levels of the organization. Project management (Plan & organize). Capability of working in inter-functional teams (Communicate & share information ). Data analysis / good level with IT and e-tools Change Management Responsiveness to and understanding of internal and external customer needs (Understand market & customer perspective). Able to manage numerous and complex tasks, in a matrix organization with sense of urgency and resistance to stress.
