Job Summary
Identifies production needs and determines the necessary production lines to fulfill work orders while planning andanizing the overall production scle. Fluency in English, including the ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in the language is required.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Plans and coordinates the production scle and monitors inventory levels to minimize cost while ensuring production and delivery goals are met.
Performs preanization of production materials before themencement of production.
Coordinates and develops production plans with the leadership team.
Creates efficient scling processes and methods to attain production goals.
Generates reports to be used for all production related decisions.
Organizes job training for staff in production planning cell.
Manages production and material shortage issues efficiently to ensure production and delivery remain on track.

Refersplex, unusual problems to supervisor.
Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, prores, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

Work Environment
Located in afortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment that may be heavy (50+ pounds) or awkward.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience
HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
