Job Description:
Material Control Specialist positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Hogansville, Georgia). Responsible for material control plan, supplier management and transportation management. Manage inventory amount regrading each level of parts to meet inventory plan target. Manage OTD and keep high level of OTIF delivery of material from global suppliers. Manage US/Mexico/China suppliers relationship and release PO plans to local and international suppliers daily or weekly basis. Use OracleERP/ WMS/ 3P
Logistics Portal to collect system data and optimize and sort big data. Review the demand forecast and shipment plans, and monitor international on-board status and transit status. Responsible for monthly suppliers payment closing, receiving analysis and AP analysis to provide CFM team accurate data. Responsible for any EO change related to price and item version adjustment, and for balancing out obsolete materials. Collaborate work with international suppliers to improve the service level continuously and ensure stable product supplies.Minimum Requirements:
Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in business or a related field and 2 years of experience performing data analysis.Must have 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
In lieu of a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 2 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a masters or foreign equivalent degree in in the aforementioned fields and 1 year of experience as stated.
Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
