Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointments and coordinating schedules for our home care office. This position requires strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of medical terminology, ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient service. Duties Manage and coordinate the scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and time. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers to confirm appointments and address any scheduling conflicts. Assist in the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, onboarding staff, and providing general administrative support. Experience Previous experience in an office or receptionist role is preferred. Familiarity with medical administrative support functions along with appointment scheduling. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software applications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
