This role is responsible for operating computer systems, processing data according to established procedures, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting user requests to ensure accurate and timely production processing.

Job Duties:

Operate and maintain computer systems and equipment in accordance with safety, security, and data integrity guidelines Process data, files, reports, and documents following established procedures Monitor workflows to proactively prevent issues and troubleshoot problems to minimize processing impact Document and report processing issues using email notifications, logs, and reporting tools Assist internal users with requests and provide operational support as needed #
