Retail Experience Specialist

Retail Experience Specialist (HVAC) We're looking for a motivated and personable Retail Experience Specialist to represent our brand and connect with homeowners interested in improving their home comfort. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact in a retail setting—engaging with customers, introducing our HVAC solutions, and guiding them toward the next step by coordinating in-home consultations with our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, can confidently start conversations, and is motivated by both delivering a great customer experience and achieving measurable results. What You'll Do Engage with customers in a retail environment in a friendly, professional, and approachable way Educate homeowners on HVAC solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability Identify customer needs and generate interest through natural conversation Coordinate and schedule in-home consultations with our HVAC team Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and consistency Track interactions and scheduled appointments accurately Meet or exceed weekly performance goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills—you're comfortable talking to anyone Outgoing, confident, and proactive (you don't wait for people to come to you) Goal-oriented with a performance mindset Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct Ability to work independently in a retail environment Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus Compensation & Perks $25/hour + performance-based commission Paid training and ongoing support Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company A team that values accountability, consistency, and results Schedule Retail-based hours; weekend and peak shopping hour availability may be required Why This Role Matters You're the first impression of the company.
