Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain employee scheduling operations to ensure appropriate staffing coverage across multiple shifts and departments. Collaborate with internal team members and external staffing resources to address workforce needs, manage schedule changes, and support daily operational continuity. Core Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and adjust staff schedules to support operational requirements. Monitor staffing levels and communicate coverage gaps or scheduling concerns to leadership. Review and verify employee time records for payroll accuracy and compliance. Coordinate employee availability, time-off requests, and shift coverage. Support onboarding activities for new team members, including orientation and scheduling procedures. Provide training on workforce management and timekeeping systems. Assist with administrative functions related to staffing coordination, scheduling, and personnel support. Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and operational efficiency. Facilitate and support on-the-job training initiatives for newly hired employees. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, operations support, or related administrative functions preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive personnel information. Comfortable working with diverse teams and personalities. Ability to meet physical requirements associated with general administrative and operational support activities.
