Job Description

AERON Advanced Manufacturing, LLC, is a plastic injection molding and plastic assembly company located in Mason City, IA, is looking for a motivated individual to fill an operations clerk position. Employee may be eligible for annual and quarterly bonuses that can exceed 20% of the base salary by year two. The position will report to the Corporate Accounting Manager.
Hours:
1st shift Mon-Thurs 7:00am- 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 11:00am The ideal candidate will be skilled in accounting in a manufacturing environment and have the following qualifications:
  • Associates degree
  • 2+ years manufacturing operations
  • Experience with inventory and fixed assets
  • Experience with Business Central ERP systems or other accounting software
  • Strong
MS EXCEL
skills
  • Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Teams to connect to teammates remotely
  • Ability to self-manage time and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain inventory, including ordering components, participating in quarterly / yearly physical inventory counts, weekly cycle counts, receiving in the ERP system, production tracking and building BOMs.
  • Assist in maintaining Fixed Asset listing in ERP system
  • Handle invoices, bill of ladings, pack lists and purchase orders for corporate office
  • Light Accounts Payable work, including vendor applications and ordering supplies.
  • Reconciling weekly temp associate hours to 3rd party agency invoice.
  • Work with logistics providers and custom brokers scheduling incoming and outgoing freight.
  • General office operations, such as answering front door / answering phones. Scanning / filing physical copies of production paperwork and completed production orders.
  • Enter sales orders into ERP system and generate Production Planner schedules. This will include printing production order packets and printing all labeling associated with production orders.
  • Assist others with projects / research as needed.
  • Assist with floor / production operations as special occasions may arise which is needing additional resources to complete.
