Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-starter office support to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client communications. The hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.Duties:
- Answer phones and respond to clients inquiries.
- Schedule clients for services
- Review intake documents for completion
- Upload records to clients charts
- Prepare intake documents for initial appointments.
- Enforce office policy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a mental health agency or related medical office
- Ability to use technology with proficiency and HIPAA compliance
- Strong understanding of medical office procedures and insurance guidelines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiar with Medicare and Medicaid requirements
Nice-to-have Skills:
