Full Job Description Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour - dependent upon experience, education, etc.

Purpose:

OGA is seeking a full-time Patient Access Phones Scheduler, 40 hours per week, during regular business hours Monday through Friday.

Positions Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides excellent customer service and communicate skills, over the phone and other communication methods to all patients Schedule's patient appointments and coordinates other needed services for patients. General office administration tasks such as scanning, filing, documenting, etc.

Performs the following workflows:

patient registration, complex scheduling, and benefit verification with attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency. Supports a perspective payment program by communicating organization policies, financial options, explaining insurance coverage/non-coverage.

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required Minimum one year of experience in a medical office/clinic setting is preferred General phone and computer skills, as well as effective customer service skills and communication Ability to adapt to change and be flexible to change in-the-moment

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
