Scheduler (Interview Coordinator)
Location:
Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid - 6 days/month onsite)

Shift:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Central Time) Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Interview Coordinator to support a corporate recruiting team. This role is responsible for managing interview logistics, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple functions, levels, and time zones (primarily via Microsoft Teams) Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to align on interview plans and logistics Manage high-volume scheduling with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Prepare and distribute interview confirmations, agendas, and related materials Maintain accurate candidate and interview data within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues Coordinate panel interviews and support debrief sessions Ensure compliance with internal processes and data accuracy standards Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows and enhance candidate experience Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, HR support, or administrative roles Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs High level of professionalism and customer service orientation Preferred Skills Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS) Proficiency in
