40 hours/week | 13-week contract (temp-to-perm opportunity) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Production Coordinator to support overnight operations. This role focuses on loaner and consignment tray coordination , production workflow management, and ensuring all surgical instruments are processed accurately and on time. Key ResponsibilitiesLoaner & Consignment Coordination Manage all incoming and outgoing loaner and consignment trays Verify tray accuracy, completeness, and sterilization readiness Track tray movement throughout the full processing cycle Coordinate with vendors and clinical teams to ensure timely delivery Production & Workflow Management Oversee daily sterile processing workflow and prioritize tasks Identify and resolve delays or workflow issues Support and guide technicians to maintain efficiency Ensure compliance with sterilization standards and protocols Communication & Coordination Act as liaison between vendors, surgical teams, and SPD staff Provide updates on tray status and timelines Maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of sterilization and tray tracking Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards Generate reports on workflow and performance Requirements 3-5 years of Sterile Processing (SPD) experience Strong experience with loaner/consignment trays Knowledge of instrument tracking systems Excellent communication and organizational skills High attention to detail Education & Certification High School Diploma or GED CRCST or CSPDT certification required
