Job Description
You will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and organizing inventory and equipment. You will be responsible for managing the logistics for all TWS jobs. You will responsible for communicating with clients to finalize a detailed installation plan. As time permits you will perform basic new business developments tasks. Warehouse Management Oversee the organization of all the modular walls and components at the warehouse. Ensure all of the TWS tools are labeled Install and maintain signage in the warehouse to organize specific storage spots for each component Receive new equipment orders at warehouse Directly responsible for overall inventory management of all TWS equipment. Maintain and organize inventory of "small parts" required for missing or damaged fasteners/accessories affixed to modular wall system. Maintain and organize supplies and tools. Job Order Logistics Review job orders submitted from the office and material is complete and in good condition Deliver the loaded truck to the job site. 1. Provide detailed oversight and assistance for the installation of the modular wall system when subcontractors are hired or the client self performs the installation (85% of jobs) Unload the truck on site and deliver tools/materials to installation spot. Ensure the installation is completed within the budgeted timeframe (record hours) Ensure the installation is completed to meet the client's requirements. Complete a detailed inventory of all TWS equipment installed. Reload truck with tools and unused materials Complete a final walk through with the client after completed installation. 2. Perform the entire installation of the modular wall system when subcontractors are not hired (15% of jobs) Unload the truck on site and deliver tools/materials to installation spot. Ensure the installation is completed within the specified budgeted timeframe. Ensure the installation is completed to meet the client's requirements. Complete a detailed inventory of all TWS equipment installed. Reload truck with tools and unused materials Complete a final walk through with the client after completed installation. Return the truck from the job site to the warehouse Unload the truck at the warehouse. Return tools and unused materials. Label empty boxes with job site name and place in designated spot. Store away unused materials to appropriate spots in the warehouse Review list of inventory at job site and load the truck with packaging for removal. Deliver the loaded truck to the job site for removal 3. Provide detailed oversight and assistance for the removal of the modular wall system when subcontractors are hired or the client self performs the installation (85% of jobs) Unload the truck on site and deliver tools/materials to the removal spot. Ensure the removal is completed within the budgeted timeframe (record hours) Ensure the removal is completed to meet the client's requirements. Check that all of the inventory listed for the job site has been packed up. Reload truck with tools and all of the materials Complete a final walk through with the client after completed installation. Return the truck from the job site to the warehouse Unload the truck at the warehouse. Return tools and unused materials . Inspect and clean all materials. Store away all materials in good condition to appropriate spots Store any damaged items into the needs repair area. Installation Preparation Attend PRE-CON meetings with clients for work awarded to create a detailed installation plan Purchase any materials or tools needed to complete specific jobs. Preassemble double doors or other components for efficient on site installation. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be 21 years old to drive truck. One year or more of experience in the construction field. Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment. Excellent stamina Flexible schedule - working hours will vary from week to week. Some shifts will be working on nights and weekends.
