Talent Operations Coordinator Location:

Full-Time About the Role Ivy League Kids is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Operations Coordinator to support onboarding, employee experience, and day-to-day people operations. This role is essential in ensuring our staff are set up for success while maintaining compliance across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Facilitate new hire onboarding and trainings including program expectations, safety procedures, and daily operations Maintain employee records, files, and internal tracking systems Support employee questions (PTO, pay, systems, policies) Track compliance requirements (background checks, certifications, trainings) Assist with payroll preparation and weekly timesheet reviews Support benefits administration and open enrollment Partner with leadership on staffing updates and communication Qualifications 1-3+ years in HR, operations, or administrative support Strong organization and attention to detail Experience with HR/payroll systems preferred (Paycor, WhenIWork) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Works well in a team environmentPay:
$50,000.00- $60,000.
