What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Workplace & Commercial Operations Coordinator. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and is located in New York City, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the New York City office runs smoothly while providing structured support to key commercial initiatives, combining front-of-house excellence, office operations management, and project execution support. You will report directly to the Chief of Staff, North America and regularly collaborate with the Commercial team and various shared services teams. How We Work

The responsibilities of the role will include: Serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, guests, and vendors, ensuring a professional and seamless experience
Managing visitor sign-in, badging, and workspace coordination
Maintaining a polished reception area and ensuring meeting rooms are guest-ready
Coordinating and executing office events, team gatherings, and on-site experiences
Supporting client and visitor hosting aligned with Corpay standards
Acting as liaison with building management and managing vendor relationships
Managing building services, maintenance requests, and access credentials
Conducting regular office walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and functionality
Maintaining inventory and ordering office and pantry supplies
Ensuring kitchen and common areas remain organized and well maintained
Coordinating IT equipment and workspace setups for new hires and visitors
Supporting onboarding and offboarding logistics
Supporting execution of commercial initiatives led by the Chief of Staff
Maintaining project trackers, timelines, and status updates
Following up with stakeholders on deliverables and deadlines
Assisting in organizing project plans and coordinating cross-functional efforts
Supporting development of workflows and tracking tools
Documenting and organizing processes for commercial initiatives
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline coordination
Providing structured support for ongoing initiatives and processes Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or administrative/project coordination roles preferred
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong professional presence
Solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Highly adaptable with the ability to balance office operations and project support
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
Strong follow-through and stakeholder management skills
Highly tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality
Demonstrated ability to streamline or automate processes

The expected salary range for this position is $67,000 - $75,000, based on the candidate s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
