Our CDE Collision Centers location is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Back-End Repair Planner to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy production environment, understands OEM repair procedures, and takes pride in doing repairs the right way. What We're Looking For We are searching for someone who is: Highly detail-oriented and organized Reliable and dependable Energetic with a strong work ethic A true team player who communicates well with technicians, estimators, parts, and insurance partners Passionate about OEM-compliant repairs and vehicle safety Able to work efficiently in a high-volume certified collision center environment Responsibilities Complete back-end repair planning and supplement review Review repair plans for OEM compliance and accuracy Research and follow OEM repair procedures Work closely with technicians and production staff throughout the repair process Identify missed damage and necessary operations during repairs Ensure proper documentation, photos, and line notes are completed Assist with supplements and insurance communication when needed Monitor repair progress and support production flow Help ensure repairs are completed safely, correctly, and efficiently the first time Qualifications Collision repair experience required CCC ONE experience preferred Strong understanding of repair planning and blueprinting Knowledge of OEM procedures and certified repair standards Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Why Join CDE Collision Centers?
