Job Description

Peak 5 Management is seeking a motivated and versatile Leasing & Operations Associate for The Whitney Apartments in Urbana, IL. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing whatever it takes to support the team and deliver a great experience for residents. Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents calling or visiting the property Conduct tours of available units and community amenities Prepare and execute lease agreements and collect rental deposits Follow up on all prospects via guest cards, thank-you emails, and calls Actively market the community through online advertising and social media Ensure model and target units are market-ready at all times including sparkle cleans prior to move-ins Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs including key management and file preparation Complete bill backs, administrative forms, and reporting accurately and on time Maintain resident and property files and upload documents into AppFolio Support the property manager with day-to-day operational tasks as needed Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Follow Fair Housing Guidelines throughout the leasing process
Qualifications:
Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Team player mentality — willing to pitch in wherever needed Strong communication skills, written and verbal Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Eagerness to learn and grow within property management High school diploma or GED required AppFolio experience a plus

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
