Job Description

Quality Assurance & Control Opportunity with a Leading Global Company! Our client in Greendale IN has the need to add an Associate for the Quality Control team charged with ensuring documentation of and production are all in line wiht client and manufacturing standards. Direct Hire, Primarily on 1st shift, but need to on occasions be on night shift for any training or issue mitigation. Great Benefits when hired on. Pay range is dependent on experience and depth of knowledge in GMP and QA function. Quality Inspection & Auditing Physical Inspections:
Ability to audit product at all stages (incoming raw materials, in-process production, changeovers, finished goods, and shipping trailers).
Environmental & Sampling:
Collecting environmental data and handling product sampling programs (Stability, Reserve, USP). 2.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation Industry Standards:
Knowledge of (or ability to learn) cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
Record Keeping:
High attention to detail for reviewing batch records, spotting documentation errors, and performing accurate data entry into logs and spreadsheets. 3.
Problem Identification & Isolation Non-Conformance Handling:
Ability to quickly spot process deviations or defective materials.
Inventory Isolation:
Skill in executing "Quality Holds" both physically (tags/quarantine zones) and digitally in inventory systems. 4.
Communication & Training Peer Training:
Comfort with assisting in training factory-floor employees on safety, housekeeping, and compliance.
Reporting:
Clearly communicating systemic issues, safety hazards, and product returns to management. ?
Minimum Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
Entry-level ( 0 years of experience required ), though any prior manufacturing or quality experience is a plus.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $21.25 Per Hour
