Visit our website for more information about our offerings and mission. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Production Planning & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations organized, partnering across departments, and helping ensure materials, schedules, and documentation are aligned for success. You will play an important part in supporting production flow, maintaining accurate data, and contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Enter, review, and schedule job orders in the ERP system to support efficient production planning. Initiate contract reviews to help ensure orders are complete, accurate, and ready for release. Partner with cross-functional teams and participate in production meetings to help keep schedules on track. Maintain key operational reports, including open order portfolio updates and inventory reconciliation data. Complete job-specific quality system requirements to support compliance and product quality. Receive and verify customer-owned materials and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain MRP data and purchase order records to support planning accuracy and supply coordination. Contribute to scheduling, planning, and continuous improvement projects across the operation.
