Overview We are seeking a bilingual Spanish Staffing and Operations Coordinator to join our team! This key/core role is essential in driving talent acquisition efforts, streamlining staffing operations, and fostering strong relationships with candidates . As a key player in our operations and recruitment initiatives, you will have the opportunity to meet with our diverse talent pool, manage high-volume recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Your proactive approach will help us build a successful staffing experience, while helping to grow our organizational ssuccess. Duties Assist with recruiting efforts by helping to onboard candidates across various roles using an ATS system (Bullhorn) Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams Conduct talent management activities including performance evaluations, employee relations, and reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting Utilize applicant tracking system to track candidate progress and generate recruitment analytics for continuous improvement. Support HR systems such as Paychex and/or ADP for payroll processing, timekeeping, and employee data management Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, employee data, and staffing metrics to support HR reporting requirements. Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within high-volume environments across multiple industries and states. Strong proficiency in talent management software such as iCIMS, Lever, UltiPro, or similar HR systems. Excellent customer service skills paired with effective communication skills in both English and Spanish; experience in relationship management is essential. Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance to ensure all hiring practices adhere to legal standards.
