Your Role:

As our Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator, you are the key to ensuring our residents receive the exceptional care they deserve. You'll work on our Skilled Nursing Unit, guaranteeing that our team is always ready to meet the needs of our residents.

A typical day includes:

Managing schedules to ensure proper staffing levels. Coordinating with staff to fill shifts and maintain continuity of care. Solving staffing challenges with a positive and proactive approach.
