Our laboratory is located in Mishawaka, Indiana but we cover a large part of Indiana and southern lower Michigan. We are in our 11th year in business and are continuing to grow. We are looking for a great team member who wants to come grow with us. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Route Appointment Scheduler to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind coordinating and scheduling appointments for our service routes, ensuring seamless communication between customers and field teams. The Appointment Scheduler is responsible for receiving and entering customer orders for radon, water, and mold testing into the company database. Orders may be received online, in person, or by phone. Once entered, the scheduler assigns appointments to the appropriate technician, manages technician calendars, and creates efficient daily routes based on appointment locations. The Scheduler also has to coordinate property access by utilizing showing services, real estate agents, homeowners, or property managers to ensure technicians can access properties as scheduled. The Scheduler serves as a key point of communication between customers, agents, homeowners, and technicians to ensure appointments are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience required. Minimum 1-2 years of computer and data entry experience required. General knowledge of real estate transactions and terminology is essential. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain accurate customer and appointment data. Schedule and coordinate testing appointments. Create daily technician routes for maximum efficiency. Obtain and confirm property access before appointments. Communicate with customers, agents, homeowners, and technicians. Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and appointment updates.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
