Job Description

About the Role We are hiring an HR & Operations Coordinator to support daily workforce operations at a fast-paced production site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, solving on-site issues, and supporting both HR and administrative functions in a manufacturing environment. You will serve as a key onsite point of contact for employees and site leadership, helping ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. What You'll Do Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for employees and workforce personnel Review, verify, and adjust timekeeping records for accuracy Support workforce coordination, including communication with external staffing partners when needed Assist with payroll-related inquiries and paycheck distribution Respond to employee questions regarding schedules, pay, and site policies Monitor attendance and escalate or report issues as needed Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes Maintain employee records and prepare basic operational reports Provide general HR administrative and site operational support What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in HR, admin, or onsite support role Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Strong attention to detail (especially with timekeeping/payroll) Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) basic skills Why This Job Stable hourly role with consistent schedule Hands-on HR + operations experience Growth opportunity into HR or site management roles Direct interaction with employees (not just desk work) Work Environment Fully onsite at production facility Active role (walking, interacting with employees) Fast-paced, team-oriented setting We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
