Ensures all products are packaged, labeled, and documented correctly to maintain product integrity and patient safety. We have 8 & 12-hour shifts with a set schedule for each. Responsibilities Operate packaging equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assemble, label, and seal product packaging in accordance with batch records and quality specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area to meet GMP and safety standards. Record production data, including quantities packaged, lot numbers, and any deviations or issues encountered. Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist in line clearance and changeover activities between production runs. Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to resolve packaging or labeling discrepancies. Participate in training programs to maintain compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred. Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or food packaging environments preferred. Knowledge of

GMP, ISO

13485, and FDA regulations is an asset. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely. Basic computer and documentation skills. Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment. Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequent lifting of materials up to 25 lbs. (11 kg). Manual handling of small components and packaging materials. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Work Environment Cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment. Exposure to moderate noise levels and temperature-controlled conditions.
