Apply today and be part of our growth! Job Description The Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational functions of Summit Sportswear. This role ensures accurate order processing, product setup, and coordination with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and timely fulfillment. The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and communication across operations. Responsibilities Add artwork requests into the production queue Order garments and manage garment sourcing Place blind orders as needed Track and manage garment inventory, including overseas fabric usage Order and maintain supplies to support operational needs Skills and Knowledge Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus), Proficiency with computer systems and data entry, Takes initiative and delivers results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of operations, retail, or supply chain experience preferred Experience in apparel, retail, or related industry a plus Physical Requirements Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds Location On-site in Lenexa, KS Pay Range $20.00 - $25.00
