Summary Description Successfully performs vital functions in Deposit Operations. Essential Functions Track and file required documents Perform deposit maintenance on core system and auxiliary systems Process exception items including returns and un-posted items Perform quality control reviews on all processes Review deposit records Deposit compliance reviews Meet customer service level agreements to the branches Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 6 - 12 months general banking experience preferred Work is generally performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions Typically the employee may sit to perform the work. However, there may be some standing, walking, bending and carrying light items in the course of the work Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Critical Skills / Expertise Strong attention to detail Ability to use Microsoft Office products
