JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum Work Experience Experience in patient registration and clinic scheduling preferred. Required Skills Must be able to multi-task, and possess customer service skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Scheduling, rescheduling, canceling and confirming patient appointments. Courteously receiving incoming telephone calls and entering phone messages as needed. Provide positive and courteous customer service over the phone while maintaining a professional presence at all times. Maintains a good working relationship with physicians and their staff. Other duties as assigned.
