Summary Description:
The Operations Coordinator's primary responsibility is provide support to operational effectiveness on a daily basis by maintaining a clear line of communication between Operations and other departments and divisions.
Primary responsibilities:
Manage the US-Shipping and FTC-Group emails. Respond concisely, accurately and timely to emails. Ensure that all issues included in the emails are addressed in a prompt manner. If necessary, relay communications to the applicable manager or department. Adjust Order Details as needed. Process and execute Change Orders as requested by the sales department Help identify trends with problems reported to the email groups. Maintain a high level of internal and external customer service. When necessary troubleshoot and resolve any orders not progressing properly in FASCOR. Other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.
SkillsRequirements:
High School diploma 3+ year's experience in a warehouse environment. Oracle or like systems experience is a plus Ability to utilize Microsoft applications is a plus (Word, Excel and Outlook) Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot orders Customer awareness and focus on customer service Must be comfortable sitting in a warehouse environment Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disability.
