Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience) Position Overview Louisiana Technology Group (LATG) is seeking an experienced and highly organized candidate in support of the Program Management Office (PMO). This role is critical to the execution of our contracts, requiring strong attention to detail, ownership of processes, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. The IT Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, workforce planning, and operational coordination across contracts. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in a government contracting environment and is comfortable working independently while supporting program leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage timekeeping for employees, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance Coordinate and prepare contract deliverables, including monthly and weekly reporting Track and maintain accountability of company and government-furnished assets Build and maintain workforce plans; track planned vs. actual hours and costs Respond to data calls from PMO leadership, company stakeholders, and customers Maintain documentation to support audits, reporting, and contract compliance Perform other administrative tasks as needed Required EducationExperience 3+ years of experience in operations, program support, or coordination roles Experience with timekeeping, reporting, or contract deliverables Experience supporting federal contracts is preferred Required Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy in data and reporting Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments Ability to analyze data and identify trends or variances Preferred Qualifications Experience with contract deliverables and reporting requirements Familiarity with compliance-driven environments Experience with asset management and timekeeping systems Exposure to budget tracking, forecasting, and cost reporting What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to support mission-critical federal programs Collaborative team environment within a growing organization Career growth opportunities within LATG Equal Opportunity Employer LATG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
