Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to help manage the daily flow of our equipment rentals and provide a high level of support to customers and internal teams. This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-moving office environment, communicates professionally, and stays organized while managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities Process rental inquiries, reservations, extensions, and returns Generate, update, and close rental contracts Create delivery and pick-up tickets Communicate equipment readiness, delivery times, and scheduling updates to customers Assist with sales quotes, lead follow-up, and order entry Ensure all sales and rental documentation is complete and accurate (contracts, BOLs, bills of sale, delivery tickets, etc.) Provide accurate equipment information, pricing, and availability details Resolve customer concerns quickly and escalate issues when necessary Maintain thorough and courteous communication with customers, sales staff, dispatch, and internal teams Foster positive customer relationships by maintaining a friendly, solutions-focused attitude Requirements Entry-level position; experience in equipment rentals, customer service, or office operations is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment Self-starter who takes initiative and follows tasks through completion Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with computers and data systems Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work collaboratively with operations, sales, dispatch, and maintenance teams Join us as an Operations Coordinator and become a key contributor to our vibrant team!
