The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod has an exciting opportunity for the right person to make an impact on ananization that serves as the region's central hub for elevating and strengthening the Cape's creative economy. Are you the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you take pride in being the one others rely on to stayanized, on track, and prepared? The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod is seeking a highlyanized, detail oriented Administrative and Operations Coordinator to support our Executive Director and help ensure the day to day operations of ouranization run seamlessly. This is a part time, in office role (approximately 15 hours per week) with a flexible schedule that works well for someone seeking consistent, meaningful work during school hours or similar. This is not a passive administrative position. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and enjoys creating order and clarity in a busy and dynamic environment. You will be a trusted partner to leadership and a key part of a small, collaborative team supporting a vibrant artsmunity across Cape Cod. Maintain and manage our CRM database with accuracy and care Prepare donor reports, mailings, and data lists Coordinate with our bookkeeper on ie and expenses related to donations and programs Provide administrative and project support to the Executive Director Support onboarding for new staff and board members Assist with meetings and occasional events, including some evenings or weekends Serve as a weing first point of contact for visitors and general inquiries keep office systems, calendars, andmunications running smoothly Provide project support across multiple programs and departmentsQualifications:
