Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Grants & Operations Coordinator to support a small, evolving team. This is a hands-on role that combines grants coordination with broader operational and administrative support.
What You'll Do:
Grants Coordination:
Learn and support the full grants lifecycle from application through award Track and manage applications, deadlines, and documentation Coordinate review processes and support committee communications Maintain accurate records within internal systems
Operations & Administrative Support:
Coordinate meetings and manage scheduling Create and organize documents and internal files Assist with data entry and donation tracking Support general day-to-day operations as needed
What We're Looking For:
2-5+ years of experience in operations, program, grants, or project coordination Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience managing processes, workflows, or tracking systems Comfort working with CRM or database systems (Salesforce or similar) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong communication skills and professionalism Nice to
Have:
