Job Description

Operations Coordinator MAB Community Services MAB Community Services is seeking an organized and dependable Operations Coordinator to provide logistical and administrative support to the Program Operations Director and interdisciplinary teams. This role is essential to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations across educational and residential programs through coordination of staffing, facilities, supplies, onboarding, and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities Support daily administrative and operational functions across departments Coordinate supply ordering, inventory management, and maintenance requests Assist with building inspections, facility readiness, and office organization Help schedule staffing coverage for Educational, Residential, and Overnight shifts Maintain staffing records and onboarding documentation Prepare workspaces, equipment, and materials for new hires Conduct building walkthroughs and support vehicle documentation checks Provide front desk and general office support as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of administrative, operations, or facilities support experience preferred Experience in education or human services settings is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Comfortable using email, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license required Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities through compassionate and high-quality services.
