This entry-level role focuses on learning policies, procedures, and systems while providing reliable operational support. Key Responsibilities Process basic account maintenance requests (address changes, name updates, account closures). Review account documentation for completeness and accuracy. Perform routine transaction processing and data entry. Support daily operational tasks and queues. Escalate exceptions or discrepancies to appropriate staff. Comply with all regulatory, security, and internal control requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years financial institution or operations experience. Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency. Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
