Job Description

Paid Training | $30+ Per Hour | Career Path to Switch Operator, Conductor & Locomotive Engineer Looking for a career instead of just another job? A leading railroad transportation operation in Central Massachusetts is seeking motivated individuals to join its Rail Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates from a variety of backgrounds who are looking to build a stable, long-term career with advancement opportunities. Successful candidates will receive paid training and have the opportunity to advance into Switch Operator, Conductor, and Locomotive Engineer positions. What You'll Do Assist with rail yard operations and train movements Operate rail switches and other railroad equipment Couple and uncouple railcars Inspect railcars, tracks, and equipment to ensure safe operations Communicate with train crews and operations personnel Work as part of a team to safely move railcars throughout the facility Follow all company and railroad safety procedures What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable performing physical work and walking on uneven terrain Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in construction, transportation, warehousing, manufacturing, military service, heavy equipment operation, or related fields is a plus Previous railroad experience is welcome but not required Why Consider This Opportunity?
