Position and Responsibilities The Company hereby promotes the Employee to the position of Biller/Scheduler . In this role, the Employee shall report directly to the Owner/Clinical Director and shall perform duties including, but not limited to, the following: Complete data entry of paper claims processed through PaySpan and TriZetto. Process claims through CentralReach and Office Ally and monitor claim accuracy at least twice per week (once at the beginning of the week and once at the end of the week whenever possible). Assist with RBT scheduling, including contacting caregivers to confirm schedules and coordinating with clinical staff regarding case assignments and scheduling needs. Support the Assistant Clinical Director and Clinical Director in meeting organizational goals related to service coordination, scheduling, and billing operations. Perform other administrative duties reasonably related to the position as assigned. The Employee agrees to faithfully, diligently, and to the best of their ability, experience, and talents, perform all duties associated with this position. 2. Compensation The Company agrees to compensate the Employee at an hourly rate of $25.00-$34.00 per hour , payable in accordance with the Company's standard payroll practices and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local tax withholdings. 3. Schedule and Hours The Employee is expected to work approximately 5-10 hours per week . Actual hours may vary based on business needs, workload, and scheduling requirements. 4. Benefits The Employee shall be entitled to the following benefit: Up to forty (40) hours of paid sick time per calendar year , accrued and administered in accordance with applicable state law and Company policy. Additional benefits may be available to the Employee, subject to eligibility requirements and Company policies in effect from time to time.
