Job Description

Prestige Homecare, a high-end construction / maintenance company based in Needham and serving the Metro West area, is seeking a highly qualified Administrative Assistant/Scheduler to join our team. The company performs a wide variety of construction, maintenance, and repairs - including insurance restoration work. We are looking for a professional who is dedicated to his/her company, has a positive attitude, and enjoys being part of a friendly team.
Responsibilities:
Arrive every day at 7 AM to open office, schedule field workforce and subcontractors, communicate with customers , manage CEO schedule, review mail/email, proces time cards, assist with accounting, estimates, building permits, etc.
Skills:
Bachelor or Associate degree preferred. Experience with a construction company is highly desired. Ability to manage a busy schedule. Comfortable with office software, scheduling, CRM, estimating.
