\$55,000-\$65,000/year Abernathy Home Care is looking for an experienced, organized, and dependable Bilingual Home Care Scheduler to join our growing team in Stoneham, MA. This is a full-time, in-office position responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules and helping ensure our clients receive reliable, consistent care. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable managing changing schedules and priorities throughout the day. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability Fill open shifts and respond to call-outs and scheduling changes Communicate regularly with clients, families, caregivers, and case managers Match caregivers with clients based on availability, location, skills, and client needs Assist with new client scheduling and service coordination Work closely with our clinical, recruiting, and operations teams Maintain accurate scheduling and client information in our systems Help resolve scheduling concerns quickly and professionally Participate in the agency\'s on-call rotation as needed Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required Home care, healthcare scheduling, or care coordination experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with scheduling software and other technology Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits \$55,000-\$65,000/year, based on experience Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule Health insurance options IRA retirement plan Paid time off Paid holidays Aflac benefits Active Filters Bilingual Homecare Scheduler Stoneham, MA Clear All Apply
