Primary Job Duties:
Build and maintain home care schedules including managing changes that occur with little to no notice Communicate and document schedule changes, incidents, and other encounters promptly and accurately Hand-select caregivers for all clients based on clients' care plans and caregivers' skills, availability, and other attributes. Provide excellent customer service, compassion, and professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
Additional Requirements:
1 or more years of home care scheduling experience. 2 or more years of customer service experience in an office environment. Must convey compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism in all interactions, both internal and external. Ability to communicate fluently (speaking, listening, reading, writing) in English is a requirement. Individuals also fluent in Spanish are highly encouraged to apply. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including being able to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively. Experience using the following equipment and software: computers, multi-line telephones, cell phones, copy machines, fax machines, scanners, Microsoft products, Zoom, and scheduling software. Maintain client and caregiver files, complete reports, and work toward individual and collaborative goals Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards Reliable, motivated, and growth-oriented. Authorized to work in the United States with proper documentation. Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Verifiable references.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in our West Springfield, MA office. Rotating on-call duties when the office is closed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-call duties are performed remotely.
