This is an excellent opportunity to join a small and innovative organization that has been a leader in the plant healthcare industry for over 26 years! The Accounting & Order Operations Specialist will: Report to the VP of Finance Review incoming customer orders for completeness and accuracy Follow up with customers to clarify discrepancies or missing information Accurately enter approved orders into QuickBooks Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders and delivery Generate and distribute invoices Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due accounts Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts Assist with month-end A/R reporting Process vendor invoices and verify coding/approvals Maintain accurate vendor records and prepare and process payments Assist with A/P reconciliations and reporting Provide basic accounting support for the Owner's affiliated LLCs and Trusts Maintain organized and accurate financial records and assist with reconciliations

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in accounting and order processing Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) Strong understanding of A/R and A/P processes High attention to detail and accuracy with strong organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage confidential financial information Professional and customer-focused Preferred but not required: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience working in a small to mid-sized business environment Experience supporting multiple entities (LLCs, trusts, etc.)
