Job Description

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Part-Time (20 hours/week) - onsite 2 days/week and as needed
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Interview Scheduler supports the recruiting process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all applicants. This role works closely with Talent Acquisition partners, hiring managers, and candidates to manage scheduling logistics across multiple time zones and calendars.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates across various departments
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates regarding interview details, confirmations, and changes
  • Manage multiple calendars to ensure availability alignment between hiring managers and candidates
  • Update interview details in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate talent pipeline records
  • Assist with creating interview schedules, agendas, and reminders for internal teams
  • Support TA team with administrative tasks such as posting jobs, tracking candidate progress, and sending follow-up communications
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through timely, friendly, and efficient communication
Qualifications:
  • BS degree in business administration or related field. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative scheduling
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Outlook calendars; experience with an ATS (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Workday, Greenhouse) is a plus
  • A candidate-first mindset with a focus on professionalism and service
Pay Rate Range:
$25-30/hr depending on experience
