Apply Overview Salary Range $115,094.39 - $127,882.65 Salary Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage None Category Government Apply Description Mayvin is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support a complex Army radar program office effort at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role ensures all program scheduling requirements are met through the creation of logic-based IMS products, analysis of schedule performance, and proactive identification of risks and impacts across the full lifecycle of the Army's ground-based radar systems, including the
AN/TPQ 50, AN/TPQ
53, and their associated Foreign Military Sales variants. This position is contingent upon award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities :
Prepare and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support all required program and contract scheduling activities Identify schedule requirements, key milestones, and task dependencies, ensuring clear articulation of how discrete tasks interrelate Track and monitor the status of all contract actions to ensure timely, complete execution across the program Analyze schedule performance and identify risks, delays, and impacts to the critical path Develop and present re plans when milestones are missed, clearly outlining programmatic impacts and recommended recovery actions Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain schedule alignment and support decision making
Qualifications Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of integrated master scheduler experience Minimum of 5 years integrated master scheduler experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Radar program scheduling; risk methodology experience.
