We're looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and quick on their feet to help run the day-to-day operations of the business. This role is a mix of scheduling, client communication, logistics, and problem solving—and it's a big one. If you love keeping things organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle a lot at once without dropping the ball, this could be a great fit. What You'll Be Doing Build and manage staging + destaging schedules Coordinate movers, stylists, warehouse pickups, and daily logistics Communicate with realtors, homeowners, and team members Handle schedule changes, delays, and last-minute adjustments Send quotes, contracts, and invoices Follow up on payments and signed agreements Assist with occupied staging quotes based on stylist notes Manage lockbox info, access details, and arrival coordination Help keep our project tracker and systems up to date Lead quick daily team check-ins to align schedules Help problem solve in real time when things shift (which they will) What This Job Is Really Like Fast-paced and constantly changing Lots of moving pieces (schedules, people, homes, inventory) High communication volume (calls, texts, emails) Requires quick thinking and strong organization Some days everything goes to plan, some days you're rebuilding the schedule on the fly What We're Looking For Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong communicator (professional, clear, and confident) Calm under pressure and good at problem solving Able to multitask and shift priorities quickly Comfortable handling client issues when they come up Tech comfortable (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, etc.) Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction Bonus If You Have Experience In Real estate or home staging Interior design Scheduling/logistics/operations Project management Customer service or account management Important Note This is not a slow or repetitive desk job. It's a hands-on operations role where you're constantly coordinating, communicating, and adjusting in real time. The right person will help us stay organized, keep projects moving, and grow the business in a more structured way.
