Job Description

Integrated Program Solutions, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Project Scheduler IV located in Bethesda, MD. Selected candidate must be willing to support onsite at the client location. Selected candidate will possess strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Apply advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and related scheduling tools to support project scheduling, milestone tracking, resource allocation, and schedule reporting activities. Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules supporting complex, multi-year government programs and contract deliverables. Manage project resources by assigning tasks, estimating labor requirements and project timelines, tracking schedule performance, monitoring milestones, and providing routine project status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with technical experts, project leads, and project managers in planning, creating, updating, and managing integrated project schedules. Monitor schedule performance and identify schedule risks, dependencies, delays, and critical path activities that may impact project timelines and deliverables. Coordinate schedule activities across multiple teams to ensure project schedules remain synchronized with technical objectives, contract deliverables, resource availability, and overall program execution strategy. Prepare schedule reports, status updates, and supporting documentation for internal leadership and government stakeholders while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and established project milestones. Support program planning efforts by maintaining accurate schedule data and ensuring project timelines remain aligned with contract requirements and execution priorities.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required with a minimum of 10 years of experience using Microsoft Project and OnePager supporting schedule development, maintenance, reporting activities, and complex multi-year program scheduling. Bachelor's degree is recommended. Ability to manage resources, assign tasks, estimate costs, track progress, and provide status updates. Ability to work closely with technical experts, project leads, and project managers in planning, creating, and managing project schedules.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, technical experts, and program leadership in a fast-paced government contracting environment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills. Self-starter, highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality work products while maintaining schedule accuracy. Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
Security Clearance:
Due to the requirements of this contract, U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required. Active Security Clearance is preferred .
