Description:
Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is a Professional & Technical Management Consulting firm with over 20 years of consulting experience. ICMS is looking for an experienced Project Scheduler . This individual will develop baseline construction schedules and track actual work progress using Primavera software. Limited supervision and general direction, independently applies techniques to complex assignments. Viewed as a fully competent, experienced professional.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in the areas of project controls, scheduling, earned value management, and constructionactivity, and skilled in the use of these software tools. Integrate the schedules of all D/B contractors at a macro level in a master schedule to provide effective projections and a sound basis for decisions by the PMs. Review D/B contractor schedule and make recommendations for corrections and adjustments as required. Coordinate the D/B contractor schedule with all other government contractors and suppliers. Prepare and maintain project schedules, attend weekly project and program meetings, provide project status updates, facilitate the execution of the D/B contractor payment requests, maintain master schedule.
Requirements:
Four-year Bachelor's Degree is desired in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience. Minimum of 5 years' construction scheduling experience Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules throughout the project lifecycle. Experience coordinating schedule updates with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and owners. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Additional Qualifying Factors:
As a condition of employment, it will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
Security Clearance:
It is mandatory that all Contractor personnel working onsite at federal facilities meet federal government security clearance standards. Minimum investigation at a Public Trust level required.

Salary:
$90,000 - $115,000/year This is a contingent hire position based upon the award of contract.
