The Role We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and hands-on TikTok Live Operations Lead to support and help manage our growing TikTok Live Shopping division. This role serves as the operational backbone of our livestream business, working closely with the TikTok Manager to ensure all live events run smoothly from preparation through fulfillment. You will oversee Hosts and Moderators, help train team members, coordinate live show logistics, and keep a fast-paced environment running efficiently. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in organized chaos, enjoys leading teams, solves problems quickly, and takes ownership of getting things done. — Timonium, MD (Sterling Forever HQ) Responsibilities Assist the TikTok Manager in the day-to-day operation of the livestream business Lead and support TikTok Hosts and Moderators during live shopping events Train team members on procedures, best practices, and operational standards Coordinate livestream preparation, including product selection, carts, inventory, and show setup Manage auction preparation and execution during livestream events Ensure customer orders generated during live events are processed accurately and efficiently Monitor inventory flow and communicate product availability during live sessions Troubleshoot operational issues in real time and keep livestreams running smoothly Help maintain organization and efficiency within the livestream workspace Assist with scheduling and coordinating team coverage for livestreams Work cross-functionally with operations, fulfillment, customer service, and marketing teams Track opportunities for process improvements and help implement scalable procedures Maintain a positive, high-energy team environment while holding team members accountable What We're Looking For Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through Comfortable working closely with livestream hosts, moderators, and production teams Experience in e-commerce, retail operations, event management, social commerce, livestreaming, or team leadership is a plus TikTok Shop or livestream experience is strongly preferred but not required Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Opportunity to grow within a rapidly scaling D2C brand Be part of a fast-growing live shopping initiative with significant growth potential Approximate Pay $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule Full-time Needs to be available to work some nights and weekends with flexibility based on livestream schedule Regular participation in livestream events and operational support Work Location In-person, Timonium, MD To Apply Submit your resume along with a brief statement explaining your leadership, operational, or team management experience.
