Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office and Operations Coordinator to assure the smooth coordination of generator installations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to foster long lasting customer relationships. Duties Answering incoming calls from current and potential customers organizing monthly annual service mailings, receive signed agreements and organizing the techs daily assignments Manage vendor relationships processing, invoices through QuickBooks, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies and services. Handle bookkeeping tasks including filing, payables, receivables, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. Maintain equipment inventory, ordering inventory through a variety of vendors, keeping current pricing Requirements Proven experience in office management with a strong background in clerical tasks and office operations. Understanding of QuickBooks invoicing, bookkeeping, small payroll processing, and expense tracking. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently across multiple priorities. Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
