Full Time (M-F, 9am - 5pm) Reports to: Trim Supervisor / Office Manager About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flex Specialist to join our cannabis processing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on position designed for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is eager to learn multiple aspects of the business. The Flex Specialist will support core operational functions including product intake, weighing and bagging, and product pickups from grow facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the cannabis industry and gain broad operational experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with product intake and documentation Accurately weigh, portion, and bag product Maintain strict quality standards and compliance procedures Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Step into various roles as needed to support daily operations Follow all company SOPs and safety regulations What We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Highly organized and dependable Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Open-minded and eager to learn new skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Previous cannabis or production experience is a plus (but not required) Why Join Us?
