Dental Scheduler

Overview:

We are a progressive, high-quality dental specialty office that is growing and looking to add to our inclusive and supportive team. Dental front desk experience a plus but not a requirement. Part time or full time option available. The position offers a competitive salary and great hours, with pay based on education and experience. Responsibilities:

• Manage patient schedules, including appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits
• Coordinate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient appointments and treatment plans
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and address any concerns or issues
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Provide exceptional patient service and support to ensure a positive experience
• Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience
